Every 2027 Rockwood Mini Lite floor plan

Four short Mini Lites, then nine at 25 ft 9 in or 25 ft 10 in

The line splits by length first. Four plans sit well under the rest, from the 2108RB at 22 ft 2 in to the 2213S at 23 ft 10 in. All four have one slide, sleep 2 or 3, and weigh 4,472 lb to 5,393 lb dry, and they differ mainly in the bed: a Murphy bed over a dinette on the 2108RB, a fixed queen on the other three.

The other nine are 25 ft 9 in or 25 ft 10 in long, so layout takes over from length. Sleeping capacity runs from 2 on the 2513S and 2525RB to 7 on the 2509S, and the kitchen moves around: across the front on the 2506FK, along the rear wall on the 2515S, and mid-trailer on the 2509S, whose rear corner holds double bunks.

Where the Mini Lite figures separate

The 2109S is the lightest plan at 4,472 lb, with the lowest hitch weight, 557 lb, but also the smallest cargo capacity, 1,365 lb. The 2509S publishes the most cargo capacity, 2,137 lb, with the 2520BH 10 lb behind. The 2523MBR is the heaviest at 6,123 lb and has the highest hitch weight, 745 lb. Hitch share ranges from 11% of dry weight on the 2524FBT to 13.4% on the 2108RB.

Tanks barely vary: 53 gal fresh on every plan but the 2523MBR, and 29 gal black throughout. Gray is the variable, 58 gal on the 2506FK, 2515S, 2523MBR, and 2525RB and 29 gal on the other nine.

Mini Lite plans to open first, by purpose

Mini Lite or Rockwood Ultra Lite

The Rockwood Ultra Lite is the next size up, and the lines do not overlap in length: its shortest plan, at 29 ft 8 in, is 3 ft 10 in longer than the longest Mini Lite. Weight does overlap. The lightest Ultra Lite, the 301FKT at 6,048 lb, is 75 lb lighter than the 2523MBR. Every Ultra Lite carries a 45 gal black tank and 45 or 90 gal of gray, so choosing between the lines is mostly a choice of length and tank capacity. The other lines are on the travel-trailer index.

What Forest River's Mini Lite figures include

Length, height, weights, cargo capacity, tanks, and awning lengths are Forest River's 2027 figures, read on 2026-09-26. Forest River labels dry weight UVW and cargo capacity CCC and calls both estimated averages based on standard build optional equipment, so a unit with options such as the Power Package can differ. Sleeping capacity and slide count come from RVUSA's 2027 guide. RVUSA's GVWR equals UVW plus CCC on five plans (2108RB, 2109S, 2205S, 2213S, 2525RB) and differs on the other eight, whose records use Forest River's weights. Every room statement is read from a label on Forest River's drawing.
