What the 2213S fits into 23 ft 10 in
Forest River's drawing shows a 60 by 80 inch queen across the front between two wardrobes, overhead cabinets on the front wall, and drop-frame pass-through storage at both front corners. The Solid Step entry is at the front of the door side, next to the bed. Mid-floor, a pull-out table with two chairs sits beside a fireplace, and the slide opposite holds a 60-inch theater seat under overhead cabinets, with a 60-inch hide-a-bed printed as an option. The sink, cooktop with microwave, and TV sit on the door side, and the bath runs across the rear wall: shower in the door-side corner, then toilet, sink, a linen cabinet, and a pantry.
Against the 2205S, its near twin in length, it costs 190 lb of dry weight and 50 lb of hitch weight for a table that is part of the standard drawing and a griddle outside. Its RVUSA-listed GVWR of 6,993 lb is 4 of 5 lowest among the Mini Lites that carry one, and GVWR minus dry weight, 1,600 lb, equals its published cargo capacity and ranks 3 of 5.
The tradeoff is the seating. The theater seat is 60 inches here against 67 on the 2205S, and the hide-a-bed option is 60 inches against 68. For two people who eat at the pull-out table and sit on the theater seat, that is the whole living area. The forward entry also means the path from the door to the bath runs nearly the full length of the trailer, past the kitchen.

Three plans that explain the 2213S
One is its closest match in size, one shares its rear bath, and one shares its outside griddle.
1 in shorter, 190 lb lighter, GVWR 199 lb lower, hitch 50 lb less, cargo capacity 9 lb less. Same 60 by 80 inch queen and a longer 67-inch theater seat, but no table as drawn: a booth dinette or hide-a-bed with tables is optional. The bath moves to the off-door rear corner and the entry to the rear.
Open record →A rear-wall bath, 625 lb lighterRockwood Mini Lite 2108RB1 ft 8 in shorter, 625 lb lighter, GVWR 604 lb lower, 10 lb less hitch weight, and 21 lb more cargo capacity. The front becomes a 60 by 74 inch Murphy bed over a 30 by 80 inch dinette, and the slide holds a 72-inch theater seat.
Open record →The other pull-out griddleRockwood Mini Lite 2509S2 ft longer, 170 lb heavier, 50 lb more hitch weight, and 537 lb more cargo capacity. It also has an outside kitchen with a pull-out griddle, and it sleeps up to 7, with double bunks at the rear and a Murphy bed at the front.

Before signing for a 2213S
- Ask which of the two spots labeled Fridge on Forest River's drawing holds the refrigerator on this unit. One label sits on a tall cabinet at the end of the theater-seat slide, the other low on the door side by the bath.
- Pull the table out, seat two in the chairs, and check that the aisle to the rear bath stays open between the table, the kitchen, and the slide.
- With the awning out, open the exterior storage and the pull-out griddle on the door side and see how they sit under the 18 ft awning.
- With the slide in, walk from the forward entry to the rear bath. The door is next to the bed, so every trip in from outside crosses the whole trailer.

Length, height, dry weight, hitch weight, cargo capacity, tanks, and the awning length are Forest River's 2027 figures for the 2213S, read on 2026-09-26; rooms and features are the labels on Forest River's 2027 drawing. Forest River names its dry weight UVW and its cargo figure CCC and presents both as estimated averages based on standard build optional equipment. GVWR, sleeping capacity, and slide count come from RVUSA's 2027 guide, and its GVWR is exactly UVW plus CCC. The drawing also carries Forest River's Power Package badge for off-grid options, one reason a given unit's label weights can differ from the averages.
