2621RB: bath at the back, bed at the front, living between
Forest River's drawing gives the whole rear wall to the bath: shower, toilet, sink, linen cabinet, and overhead cabinets. The front holds the bedroom, with a 66 by 80 inch RV king against the front wall under overhead cabinets, a wardrobe in a small boxed-out section on the off-door side, and pass-through storage at both front corners, each with an optional steel sliding tray.
Everything else happens in the middle. On the off-door side a boxed-out section carries a 78-inch theater seat, the fridge, and a pantry, with a 78-inch hide-a-bed drawn as an option. On the door side are the kitchen (sink, microwave, cooktop, overhead cabinets), a flip-out leaf table with chairs, and a TV on a lift. A single Solid Step entry opens near the rear, by the bath, under a 20 ft awning.
That arrangement is the reason to shortlist it. Only two Ultra Lites put the bath across the full rear wall, and the other, the 2623MBR, sets its bedroom right beside the bath mid-trailer. On the 2621RB the bath and the bedroom sit at opposite ends with the kitchen and living area between them, so anyone sleeping on the optional hide-a-bed reaches the bath without passing through the bedroom.
On the scale it is light at the tongue and modest in what it carries. Hitch weight is 740 lb, 3 of 11 lightest and the lowest of the four plans at 29 ft 8 in; as a share of dry weight it is 10.9%, also third lowest. Dry weight ranks 4 of 11. Cargo carrying capacity is 1,767 lb, 9 of 11. The tanks total 189 gal, with 90 gal of gray.

- Enter by the Solid Step door near the rear and turn toward the bath. It is the first room inside, so check how the bath door and the entry door behave when both are open.
- Sit on the 78-inch theater seat and look across at the flip-out leaf table and the TV lift. Open the leaf, pull out the chairs, and see how much aisle is left between the table and the seat.
- Walk forward past the kitchen into the bedroom and around both sides of the 66 by 80 inch RV king. An RV king is narrower than the 72 by 80 inch kings on the 301FKT, 302RDT, 2623MBR, and 2711RK, so bring your bedding measurements.
- Back outside, open the front pass-through bays. Anything stored there rides at the hitch end and adds to the 740 lb published for an empty trailer.

Open record →2621RB sources, and what Forest River's labels mean
Every figure on this page and the room layout come from Forest River's 2027 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2621RB page and drawing, read on 2026-09-26. Forest River labels the dry weight (UVW) and cargo carrying capacity (CCC) as estimated averages based on standard build optional equipment, so the weight label on the specific trailer is the figure that governs. The Mini Lite comparison uses the figures on that plan's record.
