The 13B: a bunk and a crosswise bed in 15 ft 11 in
Four Colemans share the line's shortest published length, 15 ft 11 in, and the 13B is the one of those four built around a fixed bunk. Keystone's tagline reads "Single axle, lightweight, single bunks". On the drawing the bunk bed fills the rear half of the door-side wall, and the bathroom takes the opposite rear corner, with the shower against the off-door wall and the toilet on the rear wall. The galley runs along the middle of the off-door wall: a sink, a single cooktop symbol, a microwave position and overhead cabinets, with the refrigerator at its front end. The front bed lies crosswise with its head to the off-door side, beside a shelf on the front wall and a wardrobe in the door-side corner.
Keystone's spec table lists zero propane tanks for the 13B. The features name an induction cooktop, a sidewall A/C, a 3 cubic foot 110V refrigerator, a microwave and an electric fireplace, which the drawing labels mid-floor on the door side. Every cooking and cooling appliance on that list is electric, and that is worth settling before comparing it with the 17B, the next bunk plan up, which carries a propane tank and a gas range.

A light trailer does not automatically mean a low hitch share. At 14% of dry weight the 13B ranks 8 of 10 from lowest; the 23B, nearly twice its weight, sits at 11.7%.
What 994 lb of cargo means on the 13B
Lightness and capacity pull against each other on this plan. The 13B's cargo figure is 211 lb below the 13S, which shares its length and its sleeping capacity of four, and 946 lb below the 13T. That 994 lb is what Keystone allows for everything added to the empty trailer: water in the 28 gal fresh tank, food, bedding, and the gear of up to four people. A family that fills the bunk and the front bed should add up what it carries before choosing the 13B over the 13S.
Seating on the 13B drawing comes down to the bunk and the bed, and that is a layout choice to test in person rather than a figure.
Checks for the 13B's rear bunk and corner bath
- Find where four people eat. The drawing labels a bunk, a bed, a galley and a fireplace, so ask the dealer what seating the unit has.
- Put a tape measure on the bunk before counting it as an adult bed, and see how it is reached, since the bunk shares the rear of the trailer with the bath.
- Stand in the rear corner bath with the door open to the aisle. The shower sits against the off-door wall and the toilet on the rear wall, so check the turning room between them.
- With zero propane tanks listed, ask what runs the induction cooktop, the A/C and the 110V refrigerator away from a hookup.
Three Colemans to hold against the 13B
Also sleeps up to 4 in 15 ft 11 in, with a sofa that has a flip-up bunk and a front wet bath. It weighs 289 lb more, its hitch weight is 12 lb lower, and it carries 211 lb more cargo, but its black tank holds 18 gal against the 13B's 34 gal.

Where the 13B figures and drawing come from
Every figure and layout statement on this page comes from Keystone's 2027 Coleman 13B floor-plan page and its drawing, read on 2026-09-26. Keystone's terms differ from the table above: it publishes dry weight as Shipping Weight, cargo as Carrying Capacity, the black tank as Waste Water, and a single Height figure of 9 ft 6 in. The 352 lb hitch weight is Keystone's figure for the empty trailer. The spec table's zero propane tanks agree with the induction cooktop in the features list.
