What a second bedroom does to the numbers
The 364BHL is the only Cougar whose tagline promises two bedrooms, and Keystone gets them, plus a loft and one and a half baths, into 39 ft 0 in, 1 ft inside a 40-foot pad and 3 in shorter than the three 39 ft 3 in plans. Dry weight is 11,669 lb, 13 of 16 lightest, lighter than the 355FBS, 350LLK, and 360MBI. The pin is where it stands out: 2,331 lb, 16 of 16, the heaviest hitch weight in the lineup, and 20% of dry weight, also the highest share. Keystone publishes carrying capacity at the same 2,331 lb, 7 of 16 highest; both figures are reported here exactly as Keystone lists them.
The tanks match the 355FBS: 75 fresh, 76 gray, 76 waste, 227 gallons, the largest package in the lineup and 38 gallons more than the 189 on the other plain-subline plans. Height is 13 ft 5 in, the only plan in the family at that figure; Keystone publishes it as the height of the unit with the roof air conditioner included, which leaves 1 in under a 13 ft 6 in clearance on paper.
Keystone's tagline is '2 Bedroom, 1-1/2 Bath w/ Loft'. Named features: a master bedroom with a queen bed, underbed storage, and a full wardrobe slide; a second bedroom; one and a half baths with a shower and skylight; the loft; a booth dinette with bench seating; an electric fireplace with remote; dual awnings with LED lighting; pass-through storage; heated holding tanks; camera prep; a tankless water heater; a 16 cu ft refrigerator; and a 21-inch range. Three slides, sleeping for 10.
Set beside the other three Cougars that sleep 10, the 364BHL is the heaviest on the pin but not the heaviest overall: the 360MBI is 830 lb heavier and carries 131 lb less hitch weight. The Half-Ton 29MBD and the Sport 2700BH reach the same count on bodies 5 ft 1 in and 7 ft 1 in shorter, at 2,344 lb and 3,869 lb lighter. What the 364BHL alone offers among the four is the second bedroom, which is the first phrase of its tagline, and the 227-gallon tank package that none of the other three carries.
Keystone's 2027 364BHL drawing, tagline, and figures →Bedroom by bedroom
Four things that only matter on a two-bedroom, loft plan.
- Measure the beds in the second bedroom and the loft, and count them. Keystone's sleeping figure is 10; the master's queen is one bed, and the second bedroom and the loft carry the rest of that count, so their mattress sizes decide who can use them.
- Close the second bedroom door and the half bath door and stand between them with the slides in. Where the half bath sits relative to the second bedroom and the loft decides which bath the people sleeping there use at night.
- Load the pin in your head before you load the trailer. At 2,331 lb published, the 364BHL asks more of a truck's payload than any other Cougar, and a second bedroom's occupants and their gear add to it wherever they ride ahead of the axles.
- Open the booth dinette and count how many of the 10 its bench seating holds at once; it is the only dining seating Keystone names, so decide where the rest eat.

Other ways to sleep 10, and the other 76-gallon tank
Three plans, each keeping one thing the 364BHL does. Differences are arithmetic on both records' published figures.
Same sleeping figure of 10 on a body 3 in longer and 830 lb heavier, with a fourth slide, 131 lb less on the pin at 2,200 lb, and 170 lb more carrying capacity at 2,501 lb. Its waste tank is 38 gallons, so the tanks total 189 rather than 227. Keystone names one full bathroom, not one and a half.
Open record →Same tanks, same half bath, no second bedroomCougar 355FBS3 in longer, 133 lb heavier, and 331 lb lighter on the pin at 2,000 lb. Same three slides. Sleeping drops from 10 to 6, carrying capacity drops by 233 lb to 2,098 lb, and the tagline moves the full bath to the front and the living room to the rear.
Open record →Ten sleepers on a Half-Ton bodyCougar Half-Ton 29MBD5 ft 1 in shorter, 2,344 lb lighter, and 696 lb lighter on the pin, with two slides instead of three and 156 lb less carrying capacity at 2,175 lb. It sleeps 10 through a mid bunk rather than a second bedroom, carries 144 gallons of tanks against 227, and RVUSA lists an 11,500 lb GVWR for it.
