Kitchen at the back, suite at the front: the 3910RK plan
Keystone's drawing puts the kitchen across the rear wall: overhead cabinets, the microwave and cooktop, the sink, a pantry, and the 18 cu. ft. residential refrigerator with ice maker. Theater seating sits right beside the kitchen, two tri-fold sleeper sofas face each other mid-trailer, and a pull-out dinette with a desk is on the door side. An entertainment center with fireplace and TV closes the living area at its forward end.
Past it are the half bath, which also holds the washer/dryer prep, and the steps up to the front suite: a king bed between two night stands with storage underneath, a bench and a dresser with an HD TV, a front bath with the shower, and a walk-in wardrobe across the front wall. An outdoor kitchen and a 20-foot awning are drawn on the door side.
By the numbers it is 3 of 3 on length at 42 ft 11 in, 2 ft 11 in past a 40-foot site, but 2 of 3 on dry weight at 14,618 lb. It posts the highest cargo capacity of the three, 3,382 lb, and the largest tank package, 241 gal, with 83 gal each of gray and black.

Three plans in the family leave two to compare, and each one moves the living room somewhere else.
1 ft 6 in shorter but 407 lb heavier and 60 lb heavier at the pin, with 407 lb less cargo capacity and 5 gal less in each waste tank. Its theater seating and sleeper sofas move to the front, and the king bedroom and walk-in shower to the rear. It sleeps 6, as this plan does.

A rear kitchen concentrates the refrigerator, pantry, and cooking appliances at the back of the trailer, while the front suite holds the bed, bath, and wardrobe. The published pin figure does not come out light for it: 3,170 lb of hitch weight is 21.7% of dry weight, the highest share of the three, although the 3710FL still puts 60 lb more on the pin in absolute terms.
The layout tradeoff is that cooking and the theater seating share the rear, with the half bath and its laundry prep between them and the bedroom. Laundry, if machines go into the prep space, happens in the mid-trailer half bath rather than in the front suite, which is the opposite of the 3100RE, where Keystone draws the washer/dryer prep in the bedroom.
Checks for the 3910RK rear kitchen and front suite
- Stand at the rear sink and open the residential refrigerator and the pantry together, and ask which refrigerator the unit has, since Keystone draws an optional 20 cu. ft. 12V one.
- Sit in the theater seating beside the kitchen and check the view forward, past both sleeper sofas, to the entertainment center TV. Keystone's Alpine feature list gives this plan a 65" set.
- Measure the washer/dryer prep space in the half bath before choosing machines, and check that the bath door still opens around them.
- Walk from the front bath to the walk-in wardrobe and check the path around the king bed and its two night stands.

Every figure here comes from Keystone's 2027 Alpine page for the 3910RK, which this site last checked on 2026-08-21. The tagline, drawing, and Alpine feature list were read on 2026-09-26. Keystone gives the exterior height as a single 160 in figure without separating the air conditioners, which puts the published roof 2 in under 13 ft 6 in before any measurement of the unit itself. The same 2026-09-26 reading showed length, weight, hitch, and carrying-capacity figures that differ from the ones recorded here, under the heading shipping weight for the unloaded figure; the label on the trailer itself decides.
