The 3100RE rear den, as Keystone draws it
Keystone's tagline for the 3100RE reads "Rear Den w65" TV & feature wall , under 35 Ft", and the page marks it a New Floorplan. The drawing puts an HD TV with feature wall and fireplace across the rear wall between overhead cabinets, theater seating facing it, a tri-fold sleeper sofa on the door side, and a pull-out dinette table on the opposite wall. The 18 cu. ft. residential refrigerator with ice maker sits beside the sofa with an end table and a pantry, and Keystone draws an optional 20 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator with ice maker as the alternative. A U-shaped kitchen counter with the microwave and cooktop runs forward of the den.
One bath, with a linen cabinet and a shower, sits at the steps up to the front bedroom. That room has a king bed with storage underneath, a dresser with hidden storage under an HD TV, a master closet, and stackable washer/dryer prep.
At 34 ft 11 in the 3100RE is the shortest of the three Alpine plans by 6 ft 6 in and fits a 40-foot site with 5 ft 1 in to spare. It is also the lightest at 12,730 lb dry and 2,485 lb at the pin, and its pin share, 19.5% of dry weight, is the lowest of the three.

The tradeoff in a short den plan is water, not floor. The 49-gallon black tank is 34 gal smaller than the 83-gallon gray tank on the same trailer, and both larger Alpines carry at least 78 gal of black. With one bath for everyone aboard, that black figure is the one to hold against the length of stays away from a sewer hookup; the comparison is arithmetic from the published tank sizes, not a measure of how fast any tank fills.

3100RE den, kitchen, and bedroom checks
- Sit in the theater seating and look at the rear-wall TV and fireplace. Keystone's Alpine feature list names a 65" set for this plan and a 50" set elsewhere in the line, so confirm which one the unit has.
- Pull out the dinette table and open the tri-fold sleeper sofa at the same time; they face each other across the den.
- Ask whether the unit has the 18 cu. ft. residential refrigerator or the optional 20 cu. ft. 12V one, since Keystone draws the second as an option.
- In the front bedroom, open the master closet and the stackable washer/dryer prep space; they share the front wall.

Open record →3100RE: Keystone 2027 sources and the single height figure
Length, weights, cargo capacity, tanks, sleeping capacity, and exterior height come from Keystone's 2027 Alpine page for the 3100RE, which this site last checked on 2026-08-21. The tagline and drawing were read on 2026-09-26. Keystone publishes exterior height as one figure, 160 in (13 ft 4 in), without separating the roof air conditioners, so the 2 in it leaves under 13 ft 6 in is a paper figure; measure the actual unit. On the 2026-09-26 reading the page listed weight, hitch, and carrying-capacity figures that differ from the ones on this record and called the unloaded weight shipping weight. The unit's own label settles which applies.
