3710FL: the front living room and the 3,230 lb pin
Keystone's tagline for the 3710FL is "Dual TV living/kitchen area. Largest front living w/1/2 bath, huge walk in shower." The drawing fills the front with living room: theater seating across the front wall under what Keystone labels a patent-pending front windshield design, an end table at each side, and two tri-fold sleeper sofas facing each other. An entertainment center with fireplace and TV, a pantry, and a hutch stand at the steps down to the kitchen, where an island holds the sink and the off-door wall carries the 18 cu. ft. residential refrigerator with ice maker, the microwave, and the cooktop. A pull-out dinette and a desk sit on the door side.
A half bath is at the step up to the rear bedroom, which has a king bed, a chest under an HD TV, and two wardrobes. The rear bath has the walk-in shower, washer/dryer prep, and linen storage.
A front living room puts that seating ahead of the kitchen, toward the pin, and the hitch figure is where the 3710FL stands out. It has the heaviest hitch weight of the three at 3,230 lb, which is 21.5% of its 15,025 lb dry weight, and it is the heaviest Alpine overall even though the 3910RK is 1 ft 6 in longer. Its cargo capacity, 2,975 lb, is 3 of 3. That is the tradeoff to resolve before anything else: the truck has to carry the most pin weight in the family for the one plan with its living room at the front.
The case for it is the one Keystone makes in the tagline, plus water balance: 78 gal of gray and 78 gal of black against 75 gal fresh, 231 gal in all, where the 3100RE carries 49 gal of black. At 41 ft 5 in it runs 1 ft 5 in past a 40-foot site.
Keystone's 2027 Alpine 3710FL floor-plan page →A front-to-rear pass through the 3710FL
- Sit in the theater seating with both tri-fold sleeper sofas opened into beds and check the floor left between them and the entertainment center.
- Walk down the steps to the island, then pull out the dinette at the desk and check that it clears the path from the entry step.
- Use the half bath by the rear step, then continue to the rear bath and measure the washer/dryer prep space beside the walk-in shower.
- Finish outside at the roof line. Keystone's single 160 in height figure does not separate the air conditioners, so measure the unit's highest point against the 13 ft 6 in clearances on your route.

Open record →Where the 3710FL figures come from, and one height number
All figures on this record come from Keystone's 2027 Alpine page for the 3710FL, last checked by this site on 2026-08-21; the tagline and drawing were read on 2026-09-26. Keystone publishes the 160 in exterior height as a single number, without separating the roof air conditioners. A second reading of the page on 2026-09-26 showed a slightly different length and different weight, hitch, and carrying-capacity figures from those recorded here, with the unloaded weight labeled shipping weight. The certification label on the 3710FL being considered is the figure to use for any of them.
