324MBS by the numbers, starting with 17.9% on the pin
The hitch figure is the reason to shortlist it. Arithmetic on the brochure numbers: the 324MBS and the 337RLS weigh the same dry, and the 324MBS lists 300 lb less on the hitch while carrying a bunk room the 337RLS does not have.
Where the 324MBS puts its bunks, and what gives way
The bunks are in the middle. An off-door slide between the kitchen and the bath holds a 36-inch flip-top bunk over a 44-inch bottom bunk, which frees the rear wall for a 92-inch U-shaped lounge. The 40-inch entertainment center, microwave over the range, and 16-cubic-foot refrigerator share the off-door slide behind the bunks, 78-inch theater seating and the pantry fill the door-side slide, and an island with the sink stands in the center. The front bedroom has a 60-by-80-inch queen with TV prep. Outside, the door side carries a griddle, a 1.6-cubic-foot refrigerator, a spray port by the entry, and a 19-foot awning.
What gives way is the dinette. Every other 2026 Reflection fifth wheel in the brochure has a booth dinette; the 324MBS drawing has none, and the U-shaped lounge and the theater seating are the seats it offers. A family buying this plan for the bunks should work out where meals happen before signing.
The tanks are the other thing to weigh. The 324MBS carries the family's standard package, 74 gal fresh, 78 gal gray, and 39 gal black, 191 gal in all. The 311BHS, the other bunk plan within an inch of its length, carries 87 gal black. With bunks and a front queen sharing one bath, that difference in black capacity is worth setting against the lower pin figure.

Grouped by where the beds go: two other bunk layouts, then the one Reflection with the same dry weight.
1 in shorter and 500 lb heavier, with 450 lb more hitch. Its bunk room is at the rear (a 34-inch flip-top over a tri-fold sofa, plus a 44-inch bunk with a window), it keeps a booth dinette, and its tanks total 248 gal against 191, with 87 gal black against 39.
Open record →The other mid-ship bunk roomReflection 367BHSIts bunk room pairs a tri-fold sofa with a 64-by-88-inch upper bed area and a desk, and its rear living room keeps a booth dinette. It costs 4 ft 1 in, 1,700 lb of dry weight, and 550 lb of hitch, and at 41 ft 1 in it is the only Reflection longer than a 40-foot pad.
Open record →Same dry weight, no bunksReflection 337RLSAlso 11,200 lb dry and 1 ft 5 in shorter, but 300 lb heavier on the hitch. No bunk room; the front queen moves into a slide with a king option and washer/dryer prep.
Open record →A 324MBS walkthrough from the 92-inch lounge to the bunk slide
- Sit in the 92-inch U-shaped lounge and count where four people can eat. With no booth dinette on this plan, the lounge is the seating the drawing gives you at the rear.
- Walk forward past the island to the bunk slide. Lie on the 44-inch bottom bunk, then work the 36-inch flip-top and check the headroom it leaves below when it is down.
- Bring the bunk slide in and see whether both bunks can still be reached, and whether the aisle to the bath and bedroom stays clear for a night on the road.
- Step outside to the griddle and 1.6-cubic-foot refrigerator and run the 19-foot awning out. Check that the entry steps and spray port are still reachable underneath it.

Where the 324MBS figures come from
Length, dry and hitch weight, height, tanks, and all room labels come from Grand Design's 2026 Reflection brochure, read again on 2026-09-26. The brochure calls its weights the average of a standard build and footnotes that its heights exclude a second air conditioner. GVWR, sleeping capacity, and slide count in the table come from RVUSA's 2026 spec guide. Grand Design's current 324MBS page describes the 2027 model with a different dry weight; the 2026 brochure figure is kept here.
