248 gal of tanks and a rear bunk room: the 311BHS case
The 311BHS carries 74 gal fresh, 87 gal gray, and 87 gal black. No other 2026 Reflection matches that black tank: the 362TBS is next at 79 gal, the 303RLS has 47, and the other five have 39. The gray tank ties the 303RLS for the largest. On a plan built around a bunk room and a single bath, that 87-gal black figure is the plainest numerical reason to put it on a list.
The bunk room fills the rear. An off-door slide holds a 34-inch flip-top bunk over a tri-fold sofa, and a 44-inch bunk with a window runs across the rear door-side corner. A 40-inch entertainment center stands angled at the front of that room, facing the living area. Theater seating (a tri-fold sofa is optional) and a booth dinette are in the door-side slide; the island, pantry, microwave over the range, and 16-cubic-foot refrigerator are off-door. The front bedroom has a lengthwise 60-by-80-inch queen with a wardrobe slide. Outside the rear corner sit a griddle, a 4.1-cubic-foot refrigerator, and the LP quick connect.
At 36 ft 11 in it is 4 of 8 on length and leaves 3 ft 1 in on a 40-foot pad. It is 5 of 8 on dry weight at 11,700 lb but 6 of 8 on hitch at 2,450 lb, and its pin share of 20.9% is 7 of 8: only the 360FLS puts a larger share of its weight on the truck. Those are dry figures, and 248 gal of water and waste is weight the brochure averages do not include.

Checks for the 311BHS bunk room
These apply to a rear bunk room with a sofa under the top bunk; a mid-bunk plan would need a different list.
- Sit on the tri-fold sofa under the 34-inch flip-top bunk, then work the flip-top. Find out what headroom the sofa keeps with the bunk down and where bedding goes when it is up.
- Ask the dealer whether the window beside the 44-inch bunk is an emergency exit, and open it to see.
- From the theater seating and the dinette, look for the 40-inch screen at the front of the bunk room and check the sight line from each seat.
- Close the bunk-room slide and check that the 44-inch bunk and the path to it stay usable for a night in a rest area.
Other Reflections for a 311BHS shopper with children
Each keeps a separate sleeping space for children but moves or reshapes it.
Swaps the sofa and 44-inch bunk for a 60-by-80-inch queen under a 54-by-74-inch top bunk. It is 3 ft longer and 800 lb heavier, yet 50 lb lighter on the hitch; tanks total 232 gal with 79 gal gray and 79 gal black.
Open record →Bunks mid-ship, lowest pin shareReflection 324MBS1 in longer, 500 lb lighter, and 450 lb lighter on the hitch, at 17.9% of dry weight. A 36-inch flip-top over a 44-inch bottom bunk sits mid-ship, but the black tank is 39 gal and there is no booth dinette.
Open record →Bunk room plus a rear living roomReflection 367BHSPuts a mid-ship bunk room (tri-fold sofa, 64-by-88-inch upper bed area, desk) ahead of a full rear living room. It is 4 ft 2 in longer, 1,200 lb heavier, and 100 lb heavier on the hitch, with a 39-gal black tank.

Weights, length, height, tank sizes, and room labels come from Grand Design's 2026 Reflection brochure, read again on 2026-09-26. The brochure gives weights as the average of a standard build and heights without a second air conditioner. GVWR, sleeping capacity, and slide count in the table come from RVUSA's 2026 spec guide. Grand Design's current 311BHS page carries the 2027 model code; the record keeps the 2026 brochure as its source.
